Our client is a leading banking company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
Responsibilities:
Ensure all credit processes are accurate and follow regulations. This includes creating and checking credit documents managing limits collateral payments guarantees letters of credit and other tasks as assigned. Work with customers to develop effective solutions and improve credit operations
Guarantee accuracy and adherence to regulations in handling credit collateral and other related documents.
Ensure that the department adheres to all internal standards and meets customer service expectations.
Propose and implement efficient operational solutions increasing automation and digitization to improve service quality.
Identify risks work with other departments to assess their severity and create plans to reduce their impact.
Train for colleagues / employees participate in activities to foster a strong organizational culture.
Handle other responsibilities as directed by the Board of Directors.
Bachelors degree or above in Banking & Finance Foreign Trade Business Administration Economics Law or a relevant field.
Familiarity with the credit systems processes and related documents.
Knowledgeable about credit control procedures and regulations; understands how to handle different transactions.
Knowledge of international trade financing transactions and financial products like UPAS letters of credit preshipment financing and document discounting.
Experienced in managing general risks especially those related to credit control.
Have experience in using knowledge to oversee credit documents create systems implement procedures and set up control points.
At least 3 years of banking experience with at least 2 years as a senior officer.
Must have: Proficiency in Chinese
Fluent in English
Customeroriented and committed to providing exceptional service.
Has the ability to acquire new skills and knowledge to excel in various banking functions.
Microsoft Office skills.
Risk management compliance effective communication problemsolving data analysis process improvement stakeholder engagement and customer service.
