Role Summary: As a Scrum Master you will guide and coach agile teams on the agile framework methodology and ceremonies. Your role will involve managing and optimizing a continuous flow of work across the team facilitating team ceremonies and empowering teams to selforganize. You will also identify and remove impediments prevent distractions and help the team continuously improve.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and coach an agile team on agile values & practices.
  
• Facilitate team ceremonies and discussions.
  
• Identify and remove impediments to help the team progress smoothly.
  
• Empower teams to selforganize and continuously improve.
  
• Collaborate with other Agile Practitioners to enhance agile maturity across all teams.
  
• Where required set up and mobilize new teams and implement leanagile governance processes.
  
• Tailor methods to coach struggling agile teams in complex contexts as necessary.
  
• Foster a growth mindset within the practice by contributing to learning materials and personal/team development.
  

Requirements

Mid Scrum Master:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  
• 47 years of experience working in software development teams.
  
• Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications.
  

Senior Scrum Master:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  
• 810 years of experience working in software development teams.
  
• Relevant Agile and Scrum Master Certifications.
