Job Description
We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff maintaining inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee daily operations of the store
. Manage store staff and ensure all team members are performing their duties effectively
. Maintain inventory levels and order new stock as needed
. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
. Develop and implement store policies and procedures
. Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics
. Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff members
Requirements:
45 years of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of inventory management and control
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Education: Diploma in Engineering or a related field (preferred). Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality control software, statistical analysis tools, and technical drawing interpretation. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
