Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support onboarding / off boarding/ organization change of staffs in following apps (as required):
  • My Access / Active Directory / ServiceNow / SharePoint
  • SAP ERP / BW / CRM / eWM / SCM / GRC / Solution Manager Production Preproduction Quality Quality for Projects
  • Power Automate
  • SOVIA
Communicate to HR team / users in case of data in completion / Support BTQ open close events from Account management area/ Others support
  • Incident support for escalated topic from Helpdesk
  • Mailbox creation / change / stop / delegation
  • Mail group create/change/delete
  • Security group provision / change / delete
  • Manage location information site code information


Requirements

  • Intermediate skill of IT related
  • High skill of Microsoft 365 platform and user management
  • Strong communication skills
  • User support (trouble shooting) experience
  • Japanese: Fluent English: Business level
  • Ownership of tasks and sense of urgency
  • Proactive learner
  • Team player: smooth communication with user and IT team
  • Flexible to accommodate the needs of users and HQ IT
