Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

PC Support:
  • PC and periphery arrangement (Newjoiner Termination Transfer)
  • PC inventory management
  • PC asset/stock management by ServiceNow
  • Temporary PC support
  • Stock management and ordering of devices
  • Lifecycle maintenance of PC
BTQ PC Support:
  • Boutique PC kitting by request for Boutique opening
  • PC version update support
  • Support WiFi connection or other trouble shooting
  • BTQ open close or events support onsite
PC Application Support:
  • Tests of applications as required
  • Project coordination
Event Support:
  • Local IT & Group PC and periphery project support
  • Collaboration with Local IT & Group HQ team
Incident Management:
  • PC related issue investigation and resolution
  • Collaborate among Japan IT teams to resolve IT issues
  • Escalate and report requests/incidents to L3 teams
  • Create/Update the document and PC related page on IT FAQ
  • SLA reporting
  • Communicate with users and IT person in Japanese/English
Vendor Management:
  • Vendor management for device kitting incident support

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience for PC/desktop support activities
  • Good knowledge of PC (Surface laptop desktop) printers and periphery
  • Good knowledge of PC management tool
  • General knowledge of Windows/iOS and MSOffice software.
  • General knowledge of Infrastructure (Networks PC)
  • General knowledge of similar business structure (Retail Wholesale Logistics etc.)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English
