Social Media Assistant for pooling

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

• Answering of comments and messages on assigned brand pages
  
• Escalates complaints and/or complex inquiries to brand following through until resolution
  
• Conducts page scans and comment/sentiment analysis as needed helping to identify key insights that will be integral to shaping campaign and content recommendations
  
• Setup and scheduling of posts on assigned pages
  
• Curates shareable or trending content relevant to assigned brands and secures approval from owners to reuse or republish these posts
  
• Ensures all published content is aligned with brand playbooks and licenses
  
• Endtoend fulfillment of promo management from monitoring entries shortlisting winners tracking sendout of prizes etc.
  

OTHER SERVICES

• Prepares and processes documents for ASC DTI FDA and other similar applications
  
• Participation in the Strategic Services training program which offers specialists the unique opportunity to explore other aspects of working in a digital agency such as campaign planning content creation production PR and account management. This has allowed participants to either successfully transition to other groups within the company or become key players in growing new verticals.
  

Requirements

• Can must be willing to work onsite if required but will otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere
