Job Description

Sales Administrator

This is not a creative role but an administrative one focused on sales support. Work from home remotely 4 days and in the office one day a week in a sales support administrative role to ensure the Sales Department stays focused on sales and not on admin.

Job Summary

A minimum of 5 years sales administrative experience is required for this role. Are you a strategic thinker and ready to tackle the exciting challenge of reshaping advertising for brands with unsold products As our Sales Administrator at Green Media supporting the sales team youll be at the heart of a movement that turns surplus inventory into brand growth and awareness.

a. Presentation Creation: After the Media Barter Planner has negotiated the deal with the media owner theSales Administrator assists in organizing the proposed plans sites and schedules into a clientready presentation.

Example 1: If an Outdoor Media owner sends sites that need client approval the Senior Sales Administrator will craft the presentation following Green Medias format.

Example 2: When a Digital Media provider supplies a comprehensive schedule of digital elements the Senior Sales Administrator will convert this information into a Green Mediafriendly schedule for the client.

b. Campaign Tracking: Once schedules are approved the Senior Sales Administrator updates the campaign tracker with all media schedules per media owner on the relevant tabs ensuring seamless coordination.

c. Asset Management: The Senior Sales Administrator ensures that the Brand provides creative material following the specifications (chase list) coordinating with both the brand and media owners to avoid delays.

d. Creative Material Distribution: Part of the role includes ensuring that the Media Owners receive the necessary assets and that everything is in line with the requirements.

e. Live Schedule Management: Liaising with the Media Owner the Sales Administrator ensures that all assets go live on schedule maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

f. Proof of Flighting (PoF): TheSales Administrator requests proof of flighting from Media Owners within two weeks of the campaigns live date guaranteeing that everything was executed as planned.

g. Feedback Report: Upon receiving the proof of flighting theSales Administrator briefs the Operation Manager to compile the feedback report closing the loop on the campaign and providing essential insights.

Salary Range: R16 000 R23 000 depending on experience and qualifications plus additional incentives as listed below.

Additional Incentives: As a unique incentive The Sales Administrator with Green Media can receive 20% of the commission of the salesperson for extra earnings when targets are reached making this a highly rewarding role.
