Job Summary:The Floor Manager is responsible for the daytoday operations of our client ensuring efficient service delivery customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards. This role involves managing staff overseeing salon operations and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff Management:
Oversees the daily operations of the salon including stylists nail technicians and lash
technicians.
Manages staff schedules ensuring adequate staffing levels for all services.
Conducts performance reviews and provides feedback to staff.
Handles staff disciplinary actions as needed in accordance with company policies.
Provides training and development opportunities for staff.
Customer Service:
Ensures exceptional customer service by all staff members.
Resolves customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships.
Handles customer inquiries and bookings efficiently.
Assigns clients to available stylists nail technicians or lash technicians based on their
preferences and availability.
Salon Operations:
Maintains salon cleanliness and organization.
Manages inventory and supplies.
Ensures adherence to health and safety regulations.
Handles cash register operations and daily sales reporting.
Oversees salon maintenance and repairs.
Financial Management:
Assists with sales reporting and analysis.
Monitors salon expenses and identifies costsaving opportunities.
Team Leadership:
Fosters a positive and collaborative work environment.
Motivates and inspires the team to achieve salon goals.
Delegates tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Provides guidance and support to staff members.

- Previous experience in a highend or luxury salon environment (preferred).
- Ability to train staff on salon management software and technology updates.
