We are seeking a dedicated HR Fresher to support our HR department. This entrylevel role offers handson experience in recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in job postings resume screening interviews and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Support engagement initiatives and address employee inquiries.
- Performance Management: Aid in performance reviews and track development plans.
- Compliance: Maintain employee records and support HR audits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in HR Business Administration Psychology or related field.
- Skills: Strong communication organizational skills attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
- Attributes: Proactive eager to learn adaptable and a team player.
