Job description
The Zoho Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Zoho suite of applications including CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects and other related tools. This role involves configuring and customizing Zoho applications to meet our business needs troubleshooting issues and providing training and support to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure customize and maintain Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects and other Zoho applications.
- Develop and implement workflows automations and reports to streamline business processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with other software and platforms as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
- Provide training and support to staff on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their Zohorelated needs.
- Monitor and analyze system performance making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay uptodate with Zoho product updates and new features to ensure we are utilizing the latest tools and functionalities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Zoho Books Zoho Projects etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM processes data management and integration.
- Experience with customizations automations and workflows within Zoho.
- Proficiency in data migration reporting and analytics.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support endusers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant certifications in Zoho applications are a plus.
Qualifications: Proven experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho applications (Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.). Strong understanding of CRM processes, data management, and integration.
