Our client a leading technology company is looking for a topnotch talent to join their firm:
- Lead the development of Pega applications using version 23.1 or newer.
- Work in collaborative agile teams with defined goals and responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot Pega application issues and implement solutions.
- Participate in design discussions understand business needs and contribute to technical specifications.
- Implement fixes to improve application performance.
- Adhere to standard coding and testing practices.
- Analyze requirements and create quick prototypes.
- Work effectively with virtual teams across different locations.
- Demonstrate project progress through showandtell demos and incorporate feedback.
- Stay aligned with Pegas best practices and drive the technical direction of software features.
Requirements
- Possess a practical and resultsoriented mindset.
- Have experience in Agile software development methodologies across the entire development lifecycle.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in software development with 2 years specifically as a Pega developer.
- Experience integrating Pega with other technology platforms and a strong understanding of Pegas implementation methodology.
- Hold a Certified System Architect (CSA) certification.
- Have a deep understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and how Pega applications can improve processes.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients.
- Be proficient in English both written and spoken.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail analytical abilities and problemsolving skills.
- Have a solid understanding of system design principles for optimizing performance scalability and reliability.
- Experience with microservices architecture eventdriven architecture message queue systems and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).

At least 4 years of experience in project management or as a Business Requirement Specialist (BrSE). Proficient in Japanese (N2 level or above). Experience managing teams of 10 or more members. 4+ years of programming experience. Knowledge and experience in software development processes and project management. Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello. Knowledge and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. Ability to lead, manage, and develop team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
