Client-facing Project Manager

Requirements:

• 1015 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications
  as an accounts manager/team lead
• Experience in direct client/stakeholder management and communication
• Years of experience in a corporate organization or setting
• Strong background in project management with a good grasp of project management tools
• Experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plus
• Exceptional skills in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to coordinate manage and track a high volume of work assignments
• An effective communicator with a strong command of the English language
• Amenable to working on a night shift (US) schedule.
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in BGC Taguig

Job Description:

• Develop and monitor project plans schedules work hours budgets and expenditures.
• Organize attend and participate in stakeholder meetings and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g. translators printers) to ensure project success.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
• Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise acting as the liaison between clients team members and external vendors.
• Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.
