The Customer Success manager is one of the important roles in the company working closely with the clients and founders of various businesses.
Location: Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a product advisor to our clients working towards achieving their business goals and success metrics.
- Ability to manage client relationships and expectations Goaloriented and datadriven to actively track usage performance and drive metrics like CAC CSAT NPS Adoption and Usage for clients.
- Analyze customer data to improve the enduser experience Collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams.
- Gather product feedback/features that can help define the product roadmap Educate the clients about the working of the BusinessOnBots Dashboard reporting structure and other relevant features.
- Drive product adoption with an ability to Cross Sell/Up Sell
What makes you a good fit :
- 2 years of experience in Customer Success in SaaS
- Good product thinking is a mandatory
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills coupled with excellent listening skills
- Strong negotiation communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products
- Analytical and datadriven with ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
