Key Responsibilities:
- Service Management Reviews: Collaborate with key stakeholders to align client services and performance with business goals managing regular contract reviews and updates.
- Relationship Management: Maintain overall customer health ensuring visibility and compliance and address red flag issues proactively.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee service level assessments reporting and analysis. Drive service improvements and process enhancements working closely with Operations and Service Delivery.
- Performance Metrics: Review KPIs provide action plans and deliver accurate timely reports to senior management for forecasting and analysis.
- Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and daytoday improvements with a cooperative spirit.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Certifications: ITIL V3/v4 CISCO CSM.
- Experience: Proficient in PowerPoint Excel Outlook Word and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of business planning resource management and financial budgeting is a plus.
