Job Description

Education:

Bachelors degree in any field with strong knowledge of data analysis.

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in MIS reporting data analysis or in a related capacity.

  • Proven experience with Power BI Advanced Excel (including complex formulae) and Google Sheets.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work in the CST time zone.

Job Summary:

As an MIS Reporting Expert you will be responsible for creating maintaining and analyzing reports to support various business functions. You will use your expertise in Power BI Advanced Excel and Google Sheets to provide actionable insights track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy. Your role will also require strong organizational understanding high IQ and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Reports:

  • Create and update reports using Power BI Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.

  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.

  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:

  • Analyze data to identify trends patterns and insights.

  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Track and report on organizational KPIs to support strategic decisionmaking.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and requirements.

  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

  • Train and support team members on reporting tools and best practices.

  • Organizational Understanding:

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of organizational processes and goals.

  • Align reporting efforts with the companys strategic objectives.
