Due to our continued growth we are recruiting for a customerfocused highly motivated Customer Success Managerto provide account support to clients.
As a Customer Success Manager at Get Support you will play a pivotal role in fostering strong client relationships ensuring they fully achieve their IT objectives. Operating in a dynamic fastpaced environment this position involves engaging with business stakeholders at senior levels and collaborating with technical staff within Get Support.
Responsibilities include conducting regular review meetings with clients both on and offsite serving as a point of escalation for operational issues and addressing requests when the client journey deviates from their expectations. Additionally the Customer Success Manager will take the lead in ensuring timely provision of quotes and addressing other commercial enquiries.

Salary: 26k 34k dependant on experience
