PARTTIME COFOUNDER (EQUITY AND TOKEN COMPENSATION ONLY)

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join us as an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform and GO WFO extreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

As a parttime cofounder you will:

Future Compensation Plans

While this is initially an equityonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes offering tokens to cofounders upon completion. Following our anticipated public token sale within the next six months we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.

About the Organization

Launch Legends has been under development for over two years. We are gearing up to launch:

  1. Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain platform tailored for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.

  2. GO WFO: The first Layer2 Creator Network focused on extreme sports operating on the Autheo platform.

These initiatives are set to transform the creator industry projected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and the extreme sports market an exciting sports sector with over 400 million active participants worldwide.

ROLE: PEOPLE OPERATIONS MANAGER

We are seeking a People Operations Manager with experience working in HR or a similar field.The ideal candidate is organized and proactive with the ability to execute tasks and programs independently.You will help us find efficiencies drive our culture establish companywide People programs and processes as well as managing HR systems and tools. Our People Operatiosn Manager will work as a trusted thought partner with leadership to design and implement strategies policies and programs that ensure everyone at Launch Legends can do their best work.

Responsibilities

  • Create efficient automated and scalable processes including proposing new or improved procedures guidelines tools and systems to support the organizations needs

  • Continuously finetune programs and policies through feedback metrics trends key insights and detailed analyses

  • Coordinate communicate gather feedback and report on People operational activities

  • Develop/improve company onboarding procedures and managing the onboarding process for new employees

  • Act as administrator for HR tools including managing employee data

  • Own compliance adherence and tracking within our people policies and procedures in partnership with key stakeholders and teams

  • Develop training programs and roll out to relevant teams

  • Drive culturerelated initiatives to create a cohesive international organization

Requirements

  • 5 years experience in a combination of People (HR Operations Compensation) and nonPeople roles (consulting finance highcaliber tech operations)

  • Knowledge of various People systems

  • Knowledge of basic HR management practices and procedures

  • Strong working knowledge of global compliance rules and regulations

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strategic Project Management and Problem Solving abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Proactive and operates with an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion
