Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join their team focusing on selling digital transformation software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales a deep understanding of digital transformation and a proven ability to drive sales growth. You will be responsible for generating new business managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in need of digital transformation solutions.
Generate leads through various channels including networking cold calling and online research.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.
Understand client needs and provide tailored software solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos:
Conduct detailed product presentations and software demonstrations.
Explain the features and benefits of digital transformation software to potential clients.
Customize sales pitches to meet clientspecific needs.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals.
Prepare and deliver proposals pricing quotes and contracts.
  • Market Analysis:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and market demands.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.
  • Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Track progress towards sales targets and adjust strategies as necessary.


Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in software sales preferably in digital transformation or enterprise solutions.
  • Experience selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
  • Familiarity with the industry or vertical market in which the software is sold (e.g. finance healthcare manufacturing).
  • Knowledge of digital technologies such as cloud computing AI big data or IoT.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation and its impact on businesses.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex software solutions and convey them to clients in a simplified manner.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfocused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and a resultsdriven approach.
