Quality Analyst - Finance and AccountsProcess Excellence

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Excellence Lead to join our client team in an Individual Contributor role aligned with one or more DOP accounts. This position offers a unique opportunity to support and drive process excellence initiatives in a complex fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support process excellence initiatives and lead improvement projects.
  
• Benchmark and deploy best practices across accounts to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in business processes.
  
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities proactively addressing potential customer dissatisfaction and CSAT risks.
  
• Collaborate with customers and operations leadership to identify and drive improvement opportunities to closure.
  
• Lead projects aimed at improving and maintaining process profitability.
  
• Ensure governance for Quality/Process Excellence initiatives in large engagements driving a culture of process improvement through Six Sigma Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
  
• Standardize practices and ensure strict compliance with internal and clientdefined processes.
  
• Meet and exceed all process metrics.
  
• Lead consulting assignments and deliver business value to customers through quality initiatives.
  

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Proven ability to work in crossfunctional teams and drive change within processes.
  
• Demonstrated experience in the outsourcing/offshoring industry or related fields.
  
• Strong background in managing Quality/Process Excellence initiatives for large engagements.
  
• Project management experience in Six Sigma and Lean projects with handson experience in transformational programs involving process reengineering analytics and automation.
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to manage both internal stakeholders and clients effectively.
  

• Experience in highimpact transformation projects involving technology and process reengineering.
  
• Familiarity with process excellence tools and machine learning programming is an added advantage.
  

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate.
  
• Certified Green Belt (mandatory) with a preference for candidates trained as Black Belt.
  
• Trained Lean Practitioner.
