Job Description
At Waxing the City of Huntersville our highly trained licensed and friendly estheticians are waxing experts and the ultimate professionals at their craft. Our Cerologists (our trademarked title for a licensed esthetician/waxer) are beauty professionals who pride themselves on building strong client relationships through excellent service and expert skills. We have cultivated our own formula and treatment process and our specialists receive ongoing professional development and training to keep them in the top tier of our field.
We are searching for both experienced estheticians and new graduates to become Cerologists in our Huntersville Waxing the City location. Our compensation is unmatched in the local market and our staff reach their full potential while working alongside talented peers and dedicated management. Our Cerologists report directly to the salon manager or lead and are accountable for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards focusing on both internal & external customers. We work to build and retain clients through social platforms community engagement & other marketing efforts put forth by management and our team members are vital to our success. This role will include night and weekend shifts and has the potential for growth within the organization. Our Waxing Specialists earn $12/hr commission tips.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Implementation of customer service standards for all internal and external clients
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and professional environment
- Exceed client expectations from initial inquiry through ongoing client relationship
- Accountable for efficient effective and highquality service provision following all defined waxing service standards
- Follow safety standards in all aspects of performance
- Support and protect our culture
- Other duties as assigned in the spirit of teamwork
Successful Candidates Must Have:
- Current state esthetician/cosmetologist licensure (all states OK)
- A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Selfmotivated and financially driven
