Duties and Tasks:
- The position handles payments made to the Business Office through SIS and Cashnet.
- This position is responsible for general office support and assisting with the daily deposits.
- The person in this position will handle customer interactions over the phone in person and through email.
KSAs/Required Qualifications KSAs:
- Ability to think critically and troubleshoot student account issues with minimum supervision.
- Ability to handle money
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to solve customers issues
- Knowledge of MS Office suite particularly Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate student account information and policies/procedures in a manner easily understood by the customer.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in accounts receivable and/or cash handling.
- Experience in Customer service.
- Experience working in an office environment.
