Job Overview:
A leading real estate company is seeking an HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our human resources function. The HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees ensuring a positive work environment and aligning HR strategies with business goals. This position requires handson leader who can handle everything from recruitment and talent management to compliance and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviews and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving employee issues.
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to improve morale and job satisfaction.
- Manage conflict resolution disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance review process including setting goals providing feedback and developing performance improvement plans.
- Implement and monitor employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and identifying training needs.
- Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure the company complies with all labor laws and regulations including health and safety standards.
- Develop update and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and efficient work environment.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including salary reviews bonuses and health insurance plans.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation practices.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and communication.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as leadership compliance and industryspecific skills.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- HR Strategy & Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the company s business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives that support company growth and culture.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget including staffing costs and training expenses.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in human resources management preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws compliance and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition employee relations and performance management.
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
