GROW Women Leaders is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager. In this role you will be responsible for Identifying Business Opportunities Building and Maintaining Relationships Sales and Revenue Generation Negotiation and Contract Management and Market Expansion. Your contributions will help us work towards our mission of empowering women particularly immigrants and BIWoC to secure employment and advance their careers.



Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying developing and implementing strategic business opportunities that align with the company s growth objectives. The BDM will play a key role in driving sales expanding the company s market presence and establishing strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking sales expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • A bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales Finance or a related field is typically required.

  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in business development sales marketing or a related field is typically required.

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage sales activities track progress and analyze data (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).

  • Ability to analyze market trends identify business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets or expand within existing ones.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business performance and make informed decisions.

  • Proficiency in multiple languages can be an advantage especially for roles involving international business development.
