Guidewire Consultant
Our client a leading organization in the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Guidewire Consultant to design and deliver technical solutions around the Guidewire Insurance suite. This role involves developing architecture and integration solutions to support the transformation of key insurance systems ensuring that both functional and nonfunctional requirements are met.

Role Purpose:
As a Guidewire Consultant your primary responsibility will be to:
Define endtoend solutions focused on the Guidewire Insurance Suite.
Create architectures that integrate the Guidewire PolicyCenter with broker connectivity systems and BMS vendors.
Design Guidewirecentric solutions that consider functional service security and performance needs.
Align architectural solutions with our client s broader IT strategy ensuring compliance with established standards design approaches and governance.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement solutions based on the Guidewire platform including PolicyCenter ClaimCenter BillingCenter and Contact Manager to meet organizational standards and ensure security resilience and performance.
Produce design and migration strategies to transition from legacy systems to Guidewire PolicyCenter weighing the costs benefits and risks.
Collaborate with product owners enterprise architects and platform teams to balance longterm goals with immediate project needs.
Maintain the integrity of endtoend Guidewire solutions considering transition states and technical debt.
Address risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions providing mitigation strategies.
Stay current on technological advancements in the Guidewire platform and recommend improvements or new features to fit business needs.
Conduct architecture reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and standards providing mentoring and support to team members as required.
Participate in the Guidewire design community to enhance the organizations approach to solution architecture.
What you will need to succeed:
Extensive experience with the Guidewire Insurance Suite (PolicyCenter ClaimCenter Contact Manager Guidewire Edge).
Expertise in broker connectivity integrating PolicyCenter with BMS systems.
Experience with the Guidewire Cloud Platform including cloud migration strategies.
Proficiency in APD and integration frameworks to solve complex business challenges.
Demonstrated ability to architect and implement integration solutions involving finance payments and document management systems.
Knowledge of digital technologies cloud computing and modern development practices.
Certification in cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project lifecycles.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Leadership abilities with experience in stakeholder management and team collaboration.
