While working under the area Manager of Crystal Clean contracts you will ensure agreed upon services are being completed and employees are meeting targets and providing quality work.
HR Representatives play a vital role in recruiting and onboarding of new employees and is the front line in fostering positive employee relations contributing to conflict resolution and participating in training. A successful HR representative ensures compliance with labor laws assists in performance management and contributing to maintaining a positive work culture.
Other aspects of the role are to be the safety and security champion of the company ensuring compliance is upheld.
The schedule is Monday Friday from. This is an inperson position located at our office is in Fredericton NB.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent; associates degree or relevant certification in HR is a plus.
Previous experience in HR and recruiting is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in working in different computerbased programs.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with a customeroriented approach.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problemsolving skills and proactive attitude.
Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Competitive wages will be paid twice monthly. Salary will be based on experience.
Extended medical benefits will be provided after completing a continuous 6 month probationary period.
