Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process including job posting candidate sourcing interviewing and selection.
  • Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Draft offer letters in accordance with company salary grades.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner while promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Manage the performance management process including setting performance goals conducting evaluations and providing feedback and coaching to employees. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Assess candidates to determine their capabilities and optimize persontojob compatibility.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with the Head of Learning and Development and ensure ongoing training initiatives are implemented. Encourage continuous learning and professional development among employees.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs including health insurance retirement plans and other perks. Assist employees with benefitrelated inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure that payroll is completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and utilize HRIS systems to generate reports for analysis and decisionmaking. Provide regular HR metrics and insights to senior management.
  • Promote workplace safety and wellness initiatives and coordinate with relevant parties to address workplace health and safety concerns.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Manage the offboarding process including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure the employee handbook is uptodate and that exit interviews are completed. Analyze data from exit interviews and discuss insights with toplevel management.


Requirements

  • Minimum of a degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or a related field.
  • IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management) registered professional demonstrating compliance with local HR standards and regulations.
  • 5 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial HR position.
  • Proven experience overseeing people management at the managerial level or in a similar midmanagerial position.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategy service management and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as training business development communications management and employee experience is an advantage
  • Ability to define longterm business strategies while addressing the tactical needs of the business at all levels.
  • Proactive ethical highenergy manager with great interpersonal skills to function across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience building strong business partnerships and establishing credibility with stakeholders.
  • Outstanding time management skills and a resultsoriented approach to work.
  • Ability to identify and implement efficiencies and process improvements.
  • Strong problemsolving and creative skills.
  • Comfort around higher management.
  • Expertise in hiring and staffing process management and building effective teams.
  • Strong decisionmaking abilities based on accurate and timely analysis.
