Essential criteria
1. Bachelor of Science/Business in Information Technology or equivalent tertiary qualification is mandatory.
2. At least 7 to 8 years of experience working in similar role in large scale Salesforce CRM implementations.
3. Excellent listening communication and stakeholder management skills.
4. Experience modelling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques.
5. Experience working on cloudbased projects including working with digital transformation teams UX/CX designers and assistant technology enabled (Accessibility Compliant) applications.
6. Familiar with deployment in public and private government approved cloud and associated security considerations.
Desirable criteria
1. Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments and exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud and Insurance Industries.
2. Experience working in both Agile and Structured delivery environments.
3. TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification.
4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded
