Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for system rollouts considering regionalspecific requirements.
• Lead the technical design and configuration of various HR modules (Core HR Benefits Time Management EC Compensation EC Payroll) ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Oversee the integration of SuccessFactors with thirdparty applications Financial system and other enterprise systems.
• Coach mentor and lead a team of SuccessFactors and SAP consultants system integration specialists and technical leads.
• Develop and nurture a support team responsible for ongoing application maintenance and enhancements post golive.
• Facilitate and lead workshops with business stakeholders and IT leaders translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Serve as a senior advisor ensuring that process teams understand the technical capabilities of selected solutions.
• Handson experience in the design and configuration of custom business processes workflows People Analytics and custom MDF modules.
• Strong experience with SAP BTP and CPI Stack particularly in building boltons and extensions.
• Indepth understanding of payroll systems and the ability to customize and optimize seeded interfaces for external integrations.

Requirement :

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience in implementing the SuccessFactors HXM suite with deep knowledge of SAP BTP.
• Proven experience in 34 full cycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employee Central in a multigeography environment with a global role preferably covering other international regions
