Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Technical Lead DevOps to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team providing guidance support and technical expertise.
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for various applications.
- Collaborate with development operations and security teams to streamline processes and improve development speed and product quality.
- Manage and enhance our cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) to ensure high availability scalability and security.
- Automate infrastructure management configuration and deployment tasks using tools such as Terraform Ansible and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve performance and reliability.
- Develop and enforce best practices for infrastructure as code configuration management and continuous deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead incident management and root cause analysis for critical infrastructure or application issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement security measures and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 38 years of experience in DevOps cloud infrastructure or a related role.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI or CircleCI.
- Handson experience with configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible Chef Puppet).
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker Kubernetes).
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python Bash or PowerShell.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Stack).
- Solid understanding of networking security and infrastructure management principles.
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring or leading technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
- Certifications in AWS Azure or Kubernetes (CKA AWS Certified DevOps Engineer etc.).
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
