Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customeroriented individual to join our team as a German or Dutchspeaking Customer Service Agent in Sofia Bulgaria. As a Customer Service Agent you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our German or Dutchspeaking customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues via email/phone calls.
