What Youll Be Up To

• Assist in the endtoend recruitment process
  

• Support Employer Branding initiatives under the guidance of senior team members
  

• Help maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy
  

• Contribute to brainstorming and executing employee engagement initiatives
  

• Provide support to team members to meet deadlines and complete tasks as needed
  

• Assist in maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to implement People initiatives
  

Who Are We Looking For

• Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related field; majors in Human Resources are a plus
  

• Strong written and oral communication skills
  

• Basic problemsolving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  

• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and carry out tasks at hand
