Job Description

Position Title: Recruitment Intern/HR Intern
Timings: 4:00pm 1:00am
Internship Duration: Three Months
Location: Ikonic Plot # 176 Korang Road near Rahat Bakers I10/3 I 10/3 I10 Islamabad

Position Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Intern with a focus on technical recruitment to join our team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in both human resources and technical recruitment processes. As an HR Intern you will play an essential role in sourcing screening and supporting the recruitment of talented technical professionals. This internship has the potential to lead to a job depending upon your performance.


Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.

Experience:
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with a minimum of 6 months of experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Technical Sourcing and Screening:
  • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various online platforms job boards and networking channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates qualifications skills and experience.
  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidates suitability for technical roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Recruitment Support:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and job descriptions.
  • Assist in preparing interview materials and coordinating interview panels.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Assist in drafting job postings and updating recruitmentrelated documents.
  • Learning and Development:
  • Gain exposure to various aspects of HR including employee onboarding HR compliance and workforce planning.


Requirements

  • Strong interest in technical recruitment and understanding of basic technical skills and terminology.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
