Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR recruitment and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships. This is a remote position based in Pakistan and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and develop relationships to generate new business opportunities
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and progress to management
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR recruitment with a focus on business development
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the HR recruitment industry and market trends
Ability to work independently and remotely
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed
