Job Summary

Ensure the organization maintains a robust and secure Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure facilitating operational efficiency to satisfy its members.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management: Oversee installation maintenance and management of the computer network to ensure consistent availability and efficiency.

Database Management: Develop and manage database systems to ensure data integrity and security.

IT Infrastructure: Ensure the IT infrastructure supports the organisations operations including disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Cyber Security: Implement and monitor security measures to protect the organisations ITsystems from threats.

Ensure software licensing and updates meet organizational needs.

Conduct regular inspections to prevent misuse of programs and systems.

Monitor network bandwidth usage according to ICT policy.

Assist in evaluating and updating business processes for efficiency.

Develop and execute system test plans improvements and fixes.

Coordinate IT activities with internal and external stakeholders.

Plan develop and implement the ICT budget.

Provide onthejob coaching for staff.

Maintain and support hardware infrastructure including CCTV access control systems and POS terminals.

Enhance software applications and supervise programmers in software development.

Requirements

• First degree or higher in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  
• ICT certifications such as MSCE CCNA; additional certifications like CWNP CISA MCITP MCTS CCNP CCIE CISSP PMP
  
• are advantageous.
  
• Minimum 3 years of postqualification experience in ICT management with expertise in computer hardware software and project management.

Bachelor (Master s a plus) degree in relevant field 5+ years of experience in institutional fundraising and corporate partnerships in sectors such as healthcare, agriculture, climate, and education. Strong understanding of funder goals, objectives, requirements and procedures. Knowledge and experience of responding to funding calls from funders and developing funding relationships with private and corporate foundations. Experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with organizations to collaborate on project ideas. Business development pro with strong relationship building skills. Builds networks and makes connections in relevant industries. Goal-oriented, dependable, and understands C m's mission. Grasps complex issues and sees the value of partnerships. Adapts between teamwork and independent work. Self-motivated, resourceful, and has an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
