Job Description
My Client a top food services company in Nigeria is looking to hire a Head of Strategy and Growth whose primary responsibility would be developing and executing the company s strategic plan particularly targeted at business growth.
The role holder will actively identify key areas for innovative transformation develop inorganic growth plans according to varying timelines and manage these processes by aligning innovation goals with the companys broader corporate objectives.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience with at least 5 years of related experience as a lead or senior team member. For Head. Experience in Strategy or related consulting required
- International exposure/experience is required.
- Master s degree in business administration OR equivalent professional certification is required.
- Experience in launching new brands and products or closing business acquisition deals domestically and/or abroad is required.
- Experience in the food service or retail space will be an added advantage.
