Our client a leading organisation who regulates the home building industry and safeguards housing consumers through its products services and performance metrics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs analyzing business processes and providing strategic recommendations to drive business improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and articulate business needs and objectives.
- Analyse complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop detailed requirements documents and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance business performance.
- Lead and manage crossfunctional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Monitor and evaluate project progress making adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 510 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in business process modeling requirements gathering and technical documentation.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
