Job Description

This freelance role offers a commissionbased structure meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your successful candidate placements.
Freelance IT Recruiter (f/m/d)
Employment type: Freelance able to invoice
Location: Anywhere remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively source toptier candidates through your preferred channels including job boards social media and professional networkswith a primary focus on identifying talent for clients in Germany and Austria.
- Evaluate candidate profiles based on their qualifications and potential fit for specific job roles using predefined criteria.
- Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities fostering ongoing relationships.
- Efficiently coordinate interview schedules between candidates and indivHR.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) this is a must German is an advantage
- Previous experience as an IT recruiter is a must preferable as SAP recruiter
- Stellar communication and people skills
- Ability to juggle multiple recruitment projects and work independently
- Great time management responsiveness and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
- Youve got your own LinkedIn Recruiter account or similar
