Tasks
As a Senior Software Developer (f/m/d) Java in our platform department you will work as part of an agile team of experts to build the foundation on which our products are based.
- Use of the latest technologies: You use stateoftheart technologies and concepts to provide new functionalities centrally for our products.
- Striving for excellence: When it comes to implementation you are not satisfied with a quickanddirty solution but strive to create a wow for our internal customers.
- Evangelist for your topics: You act as an evangelist for your topics in the department and beyond.
- Collaboration and quality assurance: In close collaboration with other experts you are dedicated to code reviews technical documentation tests and the maintenance of existing code.
Requirements
- Several years of programming experience in Java.
- Experience and understanding of distributed software architectures.
- Competence in the evaluation and integration of software components.
- You have experience in creating REST interfaces.
- Ideally you have knowledge of TLS and certificates.
- Experience with technologies such as Gradle OpenAPI Quarkus JUnit Consul Traefik Keycloak and Artemis is an advantage.
- You have a good command of English; knowledge of German is a plus.
- You are willing to travel internationally (approx. 5%).

Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of 4.21500 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service qualification professional experience and the collective agreement.
