Whether setting tables, assisting the kitchen, orcleaning work areas and replenishing supplies, the Guest ServiceSupport Expert provides the support that make transactions feellike part of the experience.
No matter whatposition you are in, there are a few things that are critical tosuccess – creating a safe workplace, following companypolicies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and ensuringyour uniform, personal appearance, and communications areprofessional. Guest Service Support Experts will be on their feetand moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; movingover sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), managing the menu(read and visually verify information), and taking a hands-onapproach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objectsweighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50pounds with assistance; reach overhead and below the knees,including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing allthese things well (and other reasonable job duties as requested) iscritical for Guest Service Support Experts – to get itright for our guests and our business each and everytime.
