We are looking for a Bartender/Barista to work within The Ned Doha. If you have experience as a Bartender/Barista in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and good service, then we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, espresso-based beverages, and cocktails according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Customer Service: Provide excellent service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, cocktail shakers, and other equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning correctly.
Work Area Maintenance: Keep the bar and coffee stations clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage the cash register, and handle cash and credit card payments.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on current beverage trends and techniques to enhance drink offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
1. Preparing and Serving Drinks
Drink Preparation: Mix and serve drinks based on guest orders, following recipes or making custom drinks based on guests’ preferences.
Alcoholic and Non-Alcoholic Beverages: Prepare a wide variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wine, spirits, soft drinks, and mocktails.
Serving: Serve drinks to guests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring proper glassware and garnishes.
Taste and Presentation: Ensure that all drinks are made with high-quality ingredients, and presented neatly and creatively according to the establishment’s standards.
