Were seeking a junior or trainee eager to learn the role of a Sales Development Representative (SDR).

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Wingmen Consulting you will be a key player in driving our sales efforts and connecting with potential customers.
Tasks
As a junior or trainee SDR youll have the opportunity to learn and grow by taking on the following responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement strategies with the head of sales to attract potential buyers and solicit new customers through coldcalling cold outreach and responding to advertisement inquiries.
- Qualifying Leads: Utilize the BANT Framework to assess and prepare leads for the sales manager.
- Customer Engagement: Create and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs qualify their interests and drive sales.
- Product Presentation: Present product information tailored to customer needs.
- Pipeline Management: Move leads through the marketing funnel connecting them with salespersons and arranging followups.
- Followup & Communication: Perform regular followups with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
- Web Demos: Conduct web demos to showcase our services to potential customers.
Requirements
To thrive in this junior or trainee role youll need:
Educational Background: A high school diploma with a focus on business along with training in sales techniques marketing and communication. An economics degree would be a plus.
Experience: While professional experience in new customer acquisition and understanding of complex long sales cycles is valuable well guide you through the procedures of complicated service sales.
Skills:
- Strong communication interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Good time management and analytical skills.
- Basic proficiency in CRM management and handling objections.
- Some knowledge of the metal automotive service industries or consulting is advantageous.
Language: Proficiency in English (C1 level) is required and knowing German (C2 level) would be an asset.
Location: You should be based in South Africa or the Philippines.
Soft Skills: Were looking for someone with empathic communication negotiation persuasion presentation skills and reliability.
Personality Traits: Were seeking individuals who align with a mix of Red and Blue or Blue and Red on the DISC personality framework. This means you are driven assertive and resultsoriented (Red) while also being analytical detailoriented and systematic (Blue). You excel in fastpaced environments make datadriven decisions and are dedicated to achieving excellence in every task.
