ServiceNow Operations Engineer
At Alphanext Technology Solutions we are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves the endtoend development documentation testing modification and maintenance of both new and existing operational processes within the ServiceNow platform. You will have the opportunity to apply standard techniques and procedures throughout the operations life cycle while progressively gaining specialized knowledge in applications and technology. Your contributions will be key to the specification and design process for ETL components across various portfolios ensuring the creation of robust system and operational documentation.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expertise in User Administration User Interface Integration and MID Server Integration within ServiceNow.
- Proficient in using Import Sets to load data from external sources such as files or databases into the ServiceNow environment.
- Continuous monitoring of application performance ensuring timely application of vendorrecommended patches and upgrades.
- Collaborate with business units to identify and implement new opportunities for automating operational processes.
- Extensive experience in ITIL Process consulting and/or implementation.
- Indepth knowledge of key ServiceNow modules including Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Service Level Management CMDB Knowledge Management Asset Management and CMS.
- Basic understanding of JavaScript for customizing and enhancing the platform.
- Adept at managing ServiceNow incident and request queues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handson experience with cloning and deploying within the ServiceNow environment.
- Strong background in documentation review activities and complex data migration.
What Were Looking For:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years in an operations engineer role.
- 4 years and above handson configuration and administration experience in a largescale enterprise environment.
- Proven experience in Development Operations or Administration within the ServiceNow platform.
- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow implementations specifically within ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change CMDB and Asset).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Administrator certification
