Project Overview:
We aim to develop an internal software system to digitize our product specification process. This software will enable different teams including R&D operations QA QC design and projects to enter and validate data related to product specifications. Once validated a Product Specification Sheet (PSS) will be generated as a PDF which the production team will use for creating Bill of Material (BOM) and manufacturing process.
Additionally the software will include other modules accessible through RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) allowing authorized team members to perform specific tasks related to product lifecycle management and process automation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a fullstack web application using Angular Node.js MySQL MongoDB and React for specific UI components.
- Design and implement the Product Specification Sheet (PSS) feature that integrates data from multiple departments.
- Create secure APIs and services for data entry validation and retrieval from various teams (Projects R&D QA QC Operations Design).
- Implement RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) to manage access rights for different users.
- Optimize the system for high performance and scalability.
- Ensure data security and maintain database integrity across MySQL and MongoDB.
- Develop modular and reusable code using modern development practices (e.g. version control code reviews unit testing).
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and define requirements and participate in the software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
Required Skills:
Frontend:
- Angular: Experience in creating dynamic and responsive web applications.
- React: Capable of developing specific UI components when required.
- HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript (ES6): Strong understanding of web fundamentals.
- Experience in building and optimizing UIs for performance and usability.
Backend:
- Node.js: Proficiency in serverside logic building RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming.
- Express.js: Experience in routing middleware and handling HTTP requests.
Database:
- MySQL: Strong understanding of relational database design query optimization and data integrity.
- MongoDB: Familiarity with NoSQL databases especially for saving unstructured data related to product specifications.
Other Technologies:
- Experience with RESTful services and APIs.
- Knowledge of JSON AJAX and other data interchange formats.
- Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in RoleBased Access Control (RBAC) implementation.
- Basic understanding of generating PDFs dynamically from validated data.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of cloudbased deployment on AWS platform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization tools for consistent development and deployment.
