Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are looking for a frontend developer is a techsavvy role that requires expertise in web design and involves translating customer needs into interactive web apps with visual elements that users see and interact with. A frontend developer is responsible for ensuring that the application is optimized both in technology and aesthetics while delivering the best user experience on desktop and mobile.
We are looking for a seasoned frontend developer with experience in ReactJS Redux (or any other State Management framework) TailwindCSS and a UI Framework (we use Ant Design & FluentUI) to join our product team who will be an exceptional problem solver.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with design product management and development teams to create elegant usable responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices using TailwindCSS our goto CSS library.
- Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes creating excellent interactions from designs writing reusable React components and maintainability of the code.
- Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product clientside serves at scale.
- Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
- An ability to perform well in a fastpaced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
Requirements
- Some relevant work experience as a web developer UI developer JavaScript expert or frontend engineer. Experience with React is a plus.
- Sound knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Familiar with UI layouts SASS TailwindCSS and CSS Flexbox.
- Proficient with UI Frameworks like Ant Design and Fluent UI is a plus.
- Experience debugging using JavaScriptbased tools like Chrome Developer Console
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate to create good design and usability
- Seeking a fulltime engagement and not being distracted by freelancing / personal projects.

You've at least 3+ years of hands-on experience working as a project manager. Bonus if you've worked on building SaaS products/projects. You've excellent know-how of software systems. You ve great communication skills (verbal and written). You re driven enough to build processes that scale up. You have a clear understanding of agile development methodology. You can combine technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge while working harmoniously with the business and technology owners You are seeking a full-time engagement and are not distracted by freelancing / personal projects.
