Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in business and functional analysis specifically focused on ServiceNow products and solutions.
  • Proven track record of implementing at least three distinct ServiceNow products within global organizations.
  • Over 2 years of handson experience working within an Agile Delivery environment.
  • Extensive business analysis and functional consulting experience with ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM such as ITBM HR GRC ITOM Performance Analytics etc.
  • Strong capability in engaging and managing senior stakeholders resolving conflicts and presenting confidently to seniorlevel audiences.
  • A strong commitment to quality with a keen eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Digital Transformation initiatives within largescale enterprise environments.
  • Ability to challenge customer requirements positively aiming to deliver superior solutions and outcomes.
  • Expertise in leveraging ServiceNows data and analytics to drive meaningful insights and enhance performance.
  • Indepth understanding of ServiceNow technical concepts including workflow design APIs Web Services and integrations.
  • Adaptability to changing work environments with a proactive problemsolving approach.
  • Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing workloads effectively to meet deadlines even under pressure.
  • Competence in identifying and escalating issues that may affect project scope quality or timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business analysis or functional consulting across other applications and infrastructure technologies.
  • Previous experience in an enterprise IT Service Management environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert during customer engagements including workshops presentations and delivery planning sessions.
  • Prepare and organize customer engagement materials such as presentations and workshop content schedule sessions and track engagement actions and deliverables.
  • Aid the Demand Manager in ensuring timely assessment and sizing of incoming ServiceNow demands.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of customers business challenges and desired outcomes documenting these requirements comprehensively.
  • Define and document User Stories for projects and products with clear concise articulation.
  • Ensure that all User Stories adhere to best practices including detailed descriptions priorities and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify and recommend innovative solutions leveraging ServiceNow products crossproduct capabilities and other enterprise technologies to deliver exceptional value propositions.
  • Provide business analysis input during the refinement of User Stories collaborating with Technical Architects Software Developers Agile Delivery Managers and others to ensure accurate estimation of scope complexity time and cost.
  • Maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency in business analysis and functional consulting activities.
  • Offer guidance and support to other Business Analysts and project resources fostering continual improvement in delivery performance.
  • Promote and implement best practices and industry standards for business analysis within the ESM Platform Engagement Team.
  • Ensure that business requirements are traceable throughout the delivery lifecycle taking endtoend responsibility for the value delivered from each User Story.
  • Drive the design of test plans and test cases for User Stories maximizing the use and adoption of the Automated Test Framework.
  • Work closely with Agile Delivery Managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of business analysis activities among onshore and offshore business analysts and functional consultants.
  • Manage client reporting supporting the Delivery Lead in creating insightful metrics KPIs and Performance Analytics dashboards.
  • Own and manage the definition and allocation of Themes and Epics across platform products.
  • Support the technical delivery of projects and product development on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvement opportunities within the ESM Platform Team.

Education and Professional Skills:

  • A degree in computer science engineering or a related technical field is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist in at least two ServiceNow products.
  • Minimum qualification of an ITIL Foundation Certificate.
