Architectural Drafter

About the Role:

The Architectural Drafter will collaborate with architects and designers to create detailed drawings and plans for architectural projects. This role requires proficiency in CAD software knowledge of architectural principles and the ability to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create detailed drawings plans and blueprints for architectural projects using CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
  
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and design concepts.
  
• Convert conceptual sketches and ideas into accurate technical drawings and construction documents.
  
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes zoning regulations and other relevant standards.
  
• Incorporate changes and revisions to drawings based on feedback from architects and project stakeholders.
  
• Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural mechanical and electrical components into architectural drawings.
  
• Maintain accurate records of drawings and project documentation.
  
• Assist in preparing specifications schedules and other project documentation as needed.
  
• Conduct site visits to gather information verify measurements and assess project requirements.
  
• Stay updated with the latest CAD software developments and drafting techniques.
  

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field.
  
• At least 5 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or in a similar role.
  
• Proficient in CAD softwares. Revit is a must.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural principles building codes and construction methods.
  
• Experience with luxury highrise domestic architecture and interior design projects.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
  
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building materials is a plus

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM AU Eastern Time 7:00 AM 4:00 PM PH time
