Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detailoriented Architect to join our team. In this role you will participate in designing buildings and structures ensuring that they are functional aesthetically pleasing and compliant with regulations. You will work closely with clients engineers and other stakeholders to bring architectural visions to life from initial concept through to final construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans based on client requirements project scope and budget constraints.
- Create detailed architectural drawings blueprints and 3D rendering models using CAD / BIM software such as Revit Lumion and Vray.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions that are both practical and visually appealing.
- Coordinate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure the successful integration of structural mechanical and electrical systems into the architectural design.
- Manage the design process from concept to completion including site analysis feasibility studies and project scheduling.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes zoning regulations and environmental standards.
- Oversee construction projects conducting site visits to monitor progress ensure quality and address any issues that arise.
- Review and approve shop drawings materials and specifications submitted by contractors and suppliers.
- Prepare and present design proposals reports and project documentation to clients stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
Requirements
Requirements/Skills needed:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Architect with a valid registration to practice in the relevant jurisdiction preferably within the Australian Market
- 5 years of experience in architectural design / drafting
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit Lumion Vray and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and construction methods.
- Excellent design visualization and drafting skills with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Effective English communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client relationships.
Additional Job Details:
- Setup and Location: ONSITE Ortigas Alabang Clark Pampanga Cebu City
- Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PH Time)
- Employment Type: Fulltime
