Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our range of IT products and services to various customers. This role requires an individual who is fluent in both English and Arabic possesses a strong understanding of software applications and IT solutions and has a high school diploma or equivalent along with at least two years of experience in IT sales or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential customers across different sectors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers to understand their IT needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely followups.
• Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring customer satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

• Maintain indepth knowledge of IT products and services.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in IT and software applications.
• Provide technical insights and support to customers as needed.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Track and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in both English and Arabic.

Experience and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IT products software applications and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
