Plant Operations Manager

Our client a premier food manufacturing enterprise based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia champions excellence and innovation in the industry. They are now seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Manager who shares their dedication to producing toptier products and optimizing operational processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily plant operations ensuring timely production and efficiency across all departments.
• Define implement and continuously refine operational best practices to enhance productivity.
• Foster collaboration across crossfunctional teams to identify and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure strict adherence to local state and federal food safety standards and regulations.
• Develop monitor and manage operational budgets optimizing costs without compromising quality.
• Oversee regular safety audits ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.
• Mentor and guide junior staff cultivating a culture of growth learning and operational excellence.
• Analyze production metrics and data to inform decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Food Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in food manufacturing with a focus on plant operations.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience managing crossfunctional teams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and datadriven decisionmaking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
