Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency across all departments.
• Implement operational best practices and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop strategic plans for their respective departments aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor operational performance metrics identifying areas of improvement.
• Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
• Ensure all operations adhere to legal and company standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Operations Management or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in operations preferably within the tech or retail sectors.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and implement improvements.
